So I’ve been busy recently. I haven’t been able to go to any recent beer events at all my favorite craft beer establishments. There was a great one at Craft Beer Base in Umeda featuring Baird beers. I missed one the other day at Qbrick as well.
But today I got a nice stout done and into the fermenter. It’s a bit late in the season for a stout, let alone an imperial stout clone, but I needed a break from brewing pale ales. With a few infected batches, I needed a fuller bodied beer challenge for a change.
And back to beer events. Next week is Snow Monkey Live in Nagano. I can’t wait. Lots of great beer, music, and friends to enjoy it all with!
